Profile

A traveler at heart, U'rabe Mhas - or simply 'Rabe' to those she deems it appropriate - is an excitable and slightly eccentric young Seeker quickly making her mark in Eorzea. Having appeared in Ul'dah some odd year or so ago, her adventurous and charismatic nature have seen her rubbing elbows with all sorts; from the travelers and mercenaries of the Adventurer's Guild to the usually-guarded elite and aristocracy, even some members of the criminal underworld.A relatively new name and face in the stage of Eorzea, U'rabe has quickly been making a name for herself as an ambitious and approachable, if at times arrogant, individual bent on carving out a name for herself among the myriad souls that call this world their home.MSQ Spoilers below!
This endless energy and appetite for life arose from the once-quiet Seeker when her veritable prison sentence came to a sudden end. One of many souls affected by the recent changes in world relations, U'rabe was but recently freed from Tempering at the hands of the Amalj'aa and their eikon, Ifrit. She has made no secret of this fact, citing it as her source of motivation in taking to life so whole-heartedly. Who wouldn't, with such a unique new lease on it?

RP Hooks

  • Opportunity meets Ambition - U'rabe has some catching up to do if she wants to establish herself in the world, and to that end she's not made herself shy towards any would-be contacts or associates! This Seeker is always looking to expand her network.

  • Estranged Drake - Though she still wears the U in her name, U'rabe no longer identifies with the tribe of her birth. Others from the U tribe may still recognize her though, perhaps surprised to discover that she's alive! She might not be the most interested in reminiscing, though.

  • Once Tempered - She may no longer be Tempered, but U'rabe still bears scars both literal and metaphorical from the experience. Those involved in the treatment of such individuals may know of her, as well as those who had dealings with those Amalj'aa loyal to Ifrit in recent years!

  • Everyone Needs a Day Job - And U'rabe has one herself! She works as a bartender at a certain speakeasy, where she is known to be chatty with all patrons and terribly persuasive when it comes to refilling drinks.

Here's just a few bits of OOC information that'd be prudent to know:
- Mature/Darker RP is welcome! Rabe here was made with darker themes in mind.
- If I'm IC somewhere then walk-ups are welcome! Otherwise I prefer folks reaching out in tells OOCly first.
- I have a terribly inconvenient timezone which can make scheduling things difficult. Sorry in advance!!
- U'rabe is a lore-compliant character, but I'm happy to have her interact with lore-bendy folks! So long as whatever's going on isn't flying in the face of canon, I should be good.
